The operation control of gear grinding machine is a closed control system composed of synchronous coupling plate, control plate and motor. The closure control system is the control core, and the motor starting is related to it.
The fault phenomenon is that the grinding wheel and the workpiece motor can start at the same time, but the hydraulic system of the machine tool stops working suddenly after running. It is found that the relay in the control line loses power and the motor supply contactor is disconnected, which is the direct cause of the fault.
The main function of the synchronous coupling plate is to make the output rate of the motors on the two transmission chains with different transmission ratios keep increasing and decreasing synchronously when they are continuously variable. Its working principle is that the control signal is directly output to the control panel through variable resistance, and the control signal of the control panel is automatically fine-tuned by comparing the feedback of the two motors, so as to achieve the purpose of motor speed regulation and ensure the synchronous increase and decrease of the speed of the grinding wheel and the workpiece motor. When the coupling plate is working, the feedback signal between the grinding wheel motor and the workpiece motor is controlled by a logic circuit. When the waveform of the two feedback signals differs from each other for about a period, the switch is disconnected and the motor stops to protect the equipment.
Coupling plate working conditions: after the ac and dc power supply is fed into the coupling plate, the switch on the coupling plate shall be closed to indicate the completion of synchronous coupling. After the teletype button is touched, dc power is introduced into the coupling plate, indicating that the motor control board checks correctly. After pressing the work button, the drive coupling plate sends the start command signal to the two motor control plates respectively to start the motor.
